I’ll try to apply it to our project as well, following the guidelines in SHB-Z06-99 – Guidelines for the Design of Emergency Shutdown and Safety Interlock Systems in the Petrochemical Industry, section 6.1 Detection Elements, sub-section 6.1.3: For pressure detection of the key components listed below, a two-out-of-three or two-out-of-two configuration is recommended.
