What year was the latest version of the Work Safety Law issued?

Is it true that the 2017 version of the Work Safety Law can be found on several government websites?
I took another close look, and none of them were proper; some even had the order of the legal provisions mixed up. Don’t be deceived when you see it.
The latest version should be the 2014 version.

There is a draft for revising certain provisions in the 2017 version for public comment. Friends who are interested can take a look; this seems to be reliable, as it has an issuing number.
