Issues with evaporative seal water tanks

A beginner has a question; I don’t quite understand evaporation. From where is the material drawn for the mechanical seal tank of the evaporation system? What materials? One can see the water supply pipeline of the water seal tank, the outlet pipe of the pump, and the heat exchanger.
It is best to include a simple “process flow diagram” when discussing such issues to facilitate the discussion.
There isn’t enough information to make a judgment; it is recommended to provide documents such as operation manuals and flowcharts. At the very least, it is necessary to know what kind of equipment it is and what substance is being evaporated
