It’s a rectangular atmospheric pressure vessel design and calculation software that I developed myself, and I’d like to share it with colleagues. 1. The program includes all the material databases and chart data specified in NB/T 47003.1-2009, eliminating the need for the hassle of searching through books and charts. 2. It is possible to calculate all seven types of rectangular containers specified in NB/T 47003.1-2009, including Type A (unreinforced), Type B (reinforced at the top edge), Type C (vertically reinforced), Type D (laterally reinforced), Type E (vertically and laterally reinforced together), Type F (reinforced with tie rods), and Type G (vertically reinforced with bilateral horizontal tie rods). 3. Graphical interactive display of the interface, with immediate response to user inputs and real-time output of calculation results. 4. The program automatically generates Word reports in the SW6 style; these reports have an attractive layout, clear logic, and are easy to understand! 5. The software performs calculations online; the Word report can be downloaded via the network, with no need for installation locally. It can be used as long as there is an internet connection, enabling true use anytime, anywhere! 6. All functions are completely free! Example calculations are provided: Program access address: www.mechw.com PS: If the page comes up blank when you visit the address, please upgrade your browser to the latest version!
That’s great, no need to go through so many books! Thank you, OP!
Dear expert poster: Do you have a calculation sheet for type B rectangles? Could you share it?
www.mechw.com can calculate Type B rectangular containers; you can generate a calculation report on your own
