How is the ratio of hydrochloric acid to water vapor in the gas phase at room temperature for a 10% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution calculated?

The Handbook of Physical and Chemical Constants for the Chlor-alkali Industry (Revised Edition) provides the concentration values of water and hydrogen chloride in the gas phase, along with the corresponding functional equations, at different concentrations and temperatures. By extracting the data from it, the gas-phase concentration of hydrogen chloride can be determined. As shown in the accompanying figures (to simplify input, the values obtained using the given functional equations differ slightly from the measured values; some values were determined by interpolation), it can be seen that the concentration of a 10% hydrochloric acid solution in the gas phase at room temperature is very low, indicating that desorption is not easy to occur.
