:)A friend has asked me to find the production process and equipment diagrams for caprolactam with an annual output of 1,000 tons. Are there any friends who are interested? You provide the design drawings, and we will find a manufacturer to produce the equipment. As long as you are capable, or your department is capable. My friend doesn’t want to purchase the process package; instead, they want a team of engineers with experience to design one specifically for an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons.
Such a small device – how can it be used these days?
1,000 tons – that’s even smaller than the pilot scale
Caprolactam production capacities are usually in the range of 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 units; 1,000 is indeed too small. The smaller the scale, the more difficult it is to design the process and to operate it, so it is not recommended.
Agree with the answer above. It is not recommended; the load is too low, preventing many devices from functioning, and it is also impossible to ensure proper control over the quality of the products
