Yesterday, our hydrogenation cycle hydrogen compressor tripped during shutdown due to high vibration triggering a interlock. Can a sudden increase in circulation volume cause high vibration?
For centrifugal types, flow rate has a significant impact, and there is a surge zone; for reciprocating types, there should be no problems – simply installing a high-pressure return valve at the outlet will suffice.
There are also issues with the operation; it’s probably due to a poor level of coordination
It depends on how quickly you do it; just like driving, shifting from 1st gear to 5th gear takes some time

You’re trying to make everyone guess a riddle, right? If we want to analyze the reasons for the vehicle jumping out due to vibration, it would be best to take screenshots of the trends in relevant parameters during the period before and after the jump, so that everyone can help analyze them. For example: several vibration points of the shafting, displacement, shafting temperature, velocity, pressure and flow rate of the incoming and outgoing media, the operational parameters set by the operator, etc.
