For unloading liquid chlorine from tank trucks, what method do you people use? Can pumps be used? In the case of using pumps (tank truck – dip pipe – pump – storage tank), is a buffer tank necessary? Which pump is better to choose? I seek advice from experts.
If conditions permit, it is best to install a buffer tank in front of the pump; if that is not possible, using a pipeline pump on the main line will also suffice

Unloading by pump alone is nothing but bluffing; the designers’ standard theories are not grounded in reality. Vapor compression is the only way. On the truck for discharging material, the pump will experience cavitation.
