How to write material codes in a PID diagram?

Draw a process flow diagram; the materials include methanol and xylene. How to write a material code? Also, there is a mixture of methanol and xylene; does the material code need to be rewritten?
Methanol is denoted as ME, xylene is denoted as DMB, and the mixture can be represented as PL (Process Liquid); in the diagram on the first page, it suffices to note that PL is a mixture of ME and DMB

Lanzhou Design Institute seems to have compiled such a booklet that contains a list of chemical abbreviations
Write it based on the English name, and then indicate it in the homepage image
The material name is edited by the person who creates the diagram; there is no standard for it – it can be the initial letters of the pinyin or those of the English name. Once edited, it is written on the first page of the diagram to make it easier for viewers to understand
Just write clear explanations for the legend symbols on the first page of the drawing

There’s no standard for such things... At the beginning of each PID, some information should be provided, such as details on valves, pipelines, fluids, electrical and instrumentation diagrams, installation methods, control systems, emergency shutdown procedures, and instructions regarding switches in case of AI failure, and so on...
In our former company, it was PML for pure methanol and SML for crude methanol
