How to determine the lower heating value of gas components? ?

I would like to find the lower heating value of the following substances: hydrogen, methane, ethane, ethylene, propane, propylene, isobutane, n-butane, isobutylene, trans-butylene, cis-butylene, isopentane, n-pentane, carbon monoxide, etc. I’m having trouble finding relevant information; I can only search on Baidu Baike and other sources, but most of the information I find isn’t useful. Many sources provide the heat of combustion, which corresponds to the higher heating value rather than the lower heating value. I’m reaching out to the experts here; could anyone please point me in the right direction?
