The issue with oxygen venting

Hello everyone. The exhaust gas I produce is oxygen-based (with an oxygen content of over 90%, the remainder being water vapor and trace amounts of metal hydroxides). The emission rate is 100 cubic meters per hour. If I choose to vent this gas, what safety issues need to be taken into consideration? Please advise me
Oxygen and water vapor are no problem. Hydroxides must meet the dust emission requirements at the very least.
Privately speaking, it’s a bit of a shame to waste such oxygen~~~ Is there wastewater treatment? ~~~It got into the aerobic tank~~
