According to information from the Intellectual Property Office as of August 8, 2025, **Chengdu Jiusheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Huahydro Jiuhao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. have been granted a patent titled “A Fixed-Bed Biomass Gasification Furnace.” The approval notice number is CN223201796U, with the application date being September 2024. The patent abstract indicates that this utility model relates to the field of energy technology, and specifically to a fixed-bed biomass gasification furnace. It includes a feeding component, an air intake component, a slag discharge component, a grate, and a furnace body. The slag discharge component is located at the bottom of the furnace body; the lower part of the grate is placed on top of the slag discharge component. There is a throughfeed hole in the center of the grate, and gasification agent channels are present inside the grate. The surface of the grate is equipped with gasification agent holes that are connected to these gasification agent channels ； The discharge end of the feed component is connected to the lower part of the feeding passage, while the exhaust end of the air intake component is connected to the gasifying agent channel. The air intake component and the slag discharge component are located outside the furnace body, and an exhaust port is provided at the top of the furnace body ； This practical new design reduces the overall height of the equipment through a bottom feeding mechanism ； Continuous feeding is achieved through a screw feeder, avoiding fluctuations in gas output caused by intermittent feeding ； The use of a \"crater\" grate and a circular grate design ensures uniform distribution of the gasifying agent, resulting in effective preheating and drying of the fuel.
