Can the insulation thickness for pressure vessels be found in a table?

Every time we professionally design equipment, it is necessary to know the insulation thickness of the equipment in order to determine the length by which the pipe ends extend outward. Regarding the insulation thickness of pressure vessels, does the process engineering team definitely calculate it first and then provide the value to the equipment engineering team? It’s still better to have experience and give a direct thickness value. Is there a table that can be used to determine the insulation thickness, or a simple Excel calculation tool? This way, we won’t need to ask every time
