0.7 bar = 10 psi – is this done to round to an integer for easier memorization, or is there some standard behind it, or is it calculated?

Is the pressure drop of 0.7 bar mentioned by the poster really that high? Clause 3.0.4 of GB 50029-2014 \"Code for Design of Compressed Air Stations\" stipulates that: for the suction filter or suction filtering device of air compressors, the filtration efficiency for particles with a size of 15μm or greater should be no less than 99.5%, and the pressure drop under clean conditions should not exceed 800 Pa ; For the suction filter or suction filtering device of a centrifugal compressor, the filtration efficiency for particles with a size of 2μm or larger should be no less than 99.5%, and the pressure drop under clean conditions should not exceed 500 Pa. This is a relatively normal pressure drop value; if the pressure drop across a filter is already 70 kPa, then the operation and maintenance of such a device are of poor quality
