Truss design for tank roof

Is this a gas holder? Gas tanks don’t have such trusses either.
Is there a pipe gallery crossing the storage tank? It doesn’t fit the design either, right?
It’s also not in compliance with the standards for the pipe gallery to cross over the storage tanks. Even when the duct runs across a storage tank, the span should be larger.
There is still no more reasonable explanation. What does Lao Yu think? @FishInTheDesert
If there is mixing equipment, there should be maintenance platforms and access passages, but these are not visible in this picture
It seems that both the span and the elevation of the bottom of the pipe gallery passing through the tank top are incorrect. Additionally, the structure of this tank top is quite special; it resembles the structure of a gas holder’s tank top.
