The steam and condensate from power plant sites can be recycled, but they are usually discharged on-site. Are there any good methods for recycling them? The drainage pressure from the steam trap isn’t very high, right? How can it be transported over long distances?

In refineries, as far as I know, there is basically no non-recyclable heat tracing condensate, unless it’s those highly dispersed hydrophobic substances for which the investment required for recycling pipelines is too high. Our strategy is to carry out some work each year based on a set amount for maintenance costs, and we have now recovered almost all of it.
Recycling is of little significance. Not to mention the cost, the water collected can only be used for simple tasks such as flushing toilets and watering plants; it cannot be fed back into the soft water system due to the risk of contamination.
Is the fluid coming out of your check valve sent back directly through pipes? How far is the oil? Is it necessary to add a buffer tank or this palace?
Generally, high-pressure condensate can be used in low-pressure equipment after being depressurized and flashed; a flash tank can be installed to recover the vaporized fluid. If the effectiveness of recycling low-pressure condensate seems limited, then...
