The company’s current feeding system features two-stage metering: a rough-metering tank and a precise-metering tank. Both use pressure-difference-based feeding methods. The valve used for transferring material between the tanks is a dome valve, while precise metering is achieved through the use of a screw pump. The material is fed in via nitrogen-pushed air, and a venturi tube is used before it enters the reactor to facilitate flushing. Current problems include irregular feeding between the metering tanks, frequent blockages in the pipelines downstream of the screw pump, and a high failure rate of the dome valves. There are many types of powder valves; there’s no need to worry too much about it. The faults of the valve itself are basically just those of the internal and external components; handling them is straightforward. Arrange a mechanic’s workshop; replace the vulnerable parts of the valves, such as valve stems, seals, actuator springs, pneumatic diaphragms, etc., with the best materials, and have them manufactured locally – that’s all that’s needed.
