Chloropropene storage tank

Please advise: what material is most cost-effective for using in chloropropene storage tanks, what should be the designed storage temperature, is cooling necessary, and how can polymerization be prevented?
Stainless steel 304, or storage tanks with plastic lining.
Carbon steel is sufficient; it can be stored at a temperature of around 30°C, with no need for cooling or measures to prevent polymerization, unless the purity is insufficient or there are other chemicals that could cause reactions
What was seen was all carbon steel, with external insulation and top spraying.
Now, the moisture content in the finished chloropropene can be reduced to below 50 ppm, allowing the use of 304 stainless steel. For those with high moisture content, steel-lined PP can be used. To be honest, I haven’t seen any indication of polymerization, even when the reaction temperature reaches 60 degrees. If storage is required, an internal coil or external water spray can be used. With water spraying, it’s 35 degrees outside in summer; after spraying, the temperature inside the tank is 25 degrees.
