As the title suggests: Why are most self-control standards established by the Ministry of Chemical Industry? Are there any in other departments? Are there standards for PLCs and the like?
The Haichuan Forum is primarily focused on the chemical industry (or matters related to it). China’s series of chemical industry standards originated in the Soviet Union; they were revised and compiled by the Ministry of Chemical Industry before being issued. However, with the merger of various ministries, those standards have long since stopped being updated (or have been replaced).
