After stopping the meter for inspection using the conventional method, condensate was still present, but the levels fluctuated severely; eventually they became negative, with minimal fluctuations. Dear teachers, please take a look at the photos – is there an issue with the installation location?
It’s a problem with the pressure Guide pipeline; could there be factors that cause the density at the negative-pressure end to decrease? Is the differential pressure value fluctuating greatly? If replacing the transmitter doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s necessary to consider whether there are actual fluctuations in the process itself.
It is usually a problem with the pressure tap being blocked, or there is an issue with the gauge
Does your factory have instrument technicians? You’ll know once you take a look – the transmitters and condensate tanks should be installed below the pressure tapping points; it’s not clear whether there’s enough straight pipe section
