It depends on what material the memory is made of, its thickness, and its fatigue strength under high temperatures. What is the operating temperature of the liquid, and will dry burning occur? What is the temperature of steam at 0.3Mpa, and how high can the temperature rise under abnormal conditions? These details can’t be conveyed just by speaking
The memory contains about 4% alkali solution and water; the temperature of the liquid is maintained at 55°C (heated from room temperature to 55°C), so dry burning does not occur under normal conditions. The steam temperature is around 140°C
Safety concerns are not about normal situations, but about potential abnormal situations. Judging from the likelihood and severity of potential risks, it seems that the possibility of it occurring is low, and the degree of harm is not significant either; it should be feasible
Could you investigate further? Since the storage tank has a rubber lining, take a look at what the design temperature is. If you put it directly in contact with steam, theoretically the highest operating temperature inside could reach the same level as that of the steam, but obviously that’s not possible! No matter what you say about normal circumstances, if a leak occurs under abnormal conditions, can you take responsibility for that?
