Different factories have different situations. May I ask you all: what is the cost of 1 ton of low-pressure steam at 1.0 MPa in your factory? Where does this low-pressure steam mainly come from? :lol
The cost of the steam produced by the power plant is unknown; we pay 110 yuan per ton, which includes taxes.
110 yuan per ton is already very cheap; ordinary low-pressure steam costs around 150-210 yuan per ton
Are there still 110 systems these days? Even the steam at 0.6 MPa from our own power plant costs 170 yuan, and that’s already at an internal discounted price.
Our chemical industrial park provides steam on a unified basis: 200 yuan per ton, at 0.8~1.0 MPa.
Currently, industrial parks are adopting a centralized heating system to supply low- and medium-pressure steam. The price falls within a certain range and is linked to the price of coal (or natural gas). Factors such as whether there is a setup fee, the amount of such fee, the mode of steam usage (continuous or intermittent), and the volume of steam used influence the price, which is generally around 200+ yuan per ton.
110 is really cheap. Our price, including tax, is 198 for 0.6, but it increases every year; it used to be 180.
Thank you to all the sea friends for your prompt replies!
:Is steam that expensive? Why are we setting the price of our device at 100 yuan? !
The price of products from other suppliers that we buy now is 180 yuan per ton
The low-pressure steam produced by power plants is likely a by-product, and its price is relatively low; if it is steam generated by boilers, the price should be around 200 yuan per ton. Here, the estimated price for steam at 1.0 MPa is 210 yuan per ton.
