Are there any good methods for adding powdered activated carbon? Prevent dust dispersion
I’m not very familiar with the manufacturing process, but there are generally several methods for dust removal. First is wet operations ； The second is forced ventilation ； Third is working in a confined space ； Fourth, add bag filters (it’s not clear whether the process conditions can support this). It wasn’t explained very clearly; normally, enclosed operations are used
The company primarily uses closed-system operations: a small buffer tank is filled with a single bag of activated carbon, which is then counted; the material is transported under negative pressure to the buffer chamber, which is located above the feed inlet of the reactor, from where the material is discharged directly.
