Seek expert advice: The inlet pressure of the bag filter is relatively high; can it operate without an exhaust fan at the outlet?
Could dust be leaked and not discharged outside through the bag?
How to clean a bag filter? Backblast? Pulse?
Operating without a exhaust fan means positive pressure operation, and material discharge might occur in a “spraying” manner
Without an exhaust fan, proper dust removal and backwashing are not possible
Thank you all. Are there any dust removal manufacturers? I think backflow shouldn’t be an issue; a pressure difference should suffice. Dust cleaning and sealing are probably the main problems
Positive pressure operation, and moreover “a relatively high positive pressure”~~~ Have you considered whether the dust collector’s casing can withstand such pressure? Well, make it thicker~~~ So, what about investment? ~~~
All of these units are equipped with exhaust fans. In our operating conditions, high-temperature waste gas causes temperature drops and condensation at the bag filter area; dust then adheres to the filter elements, causing blockages. Later on, insulation measures are applied to the bag filter
It cannot be cleaned unless it is operated intermittently
