When using steam flash pressure relief, how can negative pressure created by a vacuum pump be utilized to prevent cross-pressure?

After switching to the four-stage flash ash-water system for water-coal slurry, pressure should be reduced gradually using vacuum; first close the high-flash connection valve, then the low-flash connection valve. If there are issues with the valves between the high-flash and low-flash sections, it is easy for pressure from the high-flash side to affect the low-flash side
