What is the difference between a debugging plan and operating procedures? What is included in each section
I think the key to the plan lies in describing the sequence of operations: what to do first, what to do next, what to check along the way, and what the criteria for judgment are. It is necessary to understand before carrying out the task; the plan can be drawn up on the desktop, but the operating procedures need to be more detailed – specifying what to do in each step, down to exactly how many turns the valves need to be turned, so that workers can follow these instructions and carry out the task without needing to understand them first
The debugging plan seems to cover a wide range – specifically, which processes and which stages of the production process are involved. The operating procedures are relatively specific, relating to particular types of operations such as purging operations or sampling operations.
