The woman at the competition site must have been carrying a compressed air cylinder on her back; the straps of her safety helmet were too loose, as proper wearing of a safety helmet doesn’t look like that. The strap around the chin is so loose that if one bends down to pick up something, the helmet is likely to fall off, losing its purpose of protecting the head. It’s likely not a frontline worker; they rarely wear safety helmets in daily life and put them on only temporarily for competitions.
