Which parts of the pump’s piping and ductwork require mounting brackets?

For small pumps with low temperatures, fixed supports are generally not necessary at the inlet and outlet; however, when the pump has a high flow rate, the impact during startup must be taken into account, and it is then that fixed supports become necessary! For pipes on the pipe rack that are not high-temperature pipes or those at temperatures below -30 degrees, it is sufficient to install guides or limits every few dozen meters; fixed supports are rarely used, unless the straight pipes stretch for hundreds of meters without any type of compensation in between. When the diameters of pipes in high-temperature and low-temperature applications are relatively large, stress analysis is necessary. For pipes with a diameter of DN150 or less, it’s generally fine to install fixing brackets every 50–60 meters along the straight sections of the pipe; at locations where there are elbows, 10–15 meters should be deducted from both ends – this is based on personal experience! ! :)
