In 20% sludges with a solid-liquid phase, deposition occurs on the pipe walls, valves, instruments, and other components during transportation. What methods can be used to avoid this? Possible methods: giving the pipeline a certain slope, reducing the number of right-angle bends, flushing the pipes with water after stopping the flow. Are there any other good methods?
I have played with concrete pump conveyors; can I use that as a reference? After his work, pure river sand was used to fill it up to the outlet, and then it was washed away with water.
