No cyclone is required with our centrifuge :)

If there is no blockage, you can feed the material directly.
Look at the concentration coming out of the evaporator and take everything into consideration. Your process flow is complicated. First enter the cyclone, and then the thickener. Generally, a two-stage piston push centrifuge is used for ammonium sulfate. To be effective, the feed solid-to-liquid volume ratio is required to be 40%, the feed concentration is low, and the output is low. However, the current design and centrifuge selection are too large, so consider it comprehensively.
It is recommended to use a pump to transport the material to the cyclone. The maximum solid-to-liquid ratio of the normal operation of the evaporation system is 3:7. In this state, the piston pusher centrifuge may not be able to hold the material, or there may be too little material. It is recommended that the cyclone light liquid is returned to the system, and the crystal mixed solution enters the crystallization tank. The temperature is lowered by about 40 degrees to start dehydration, and the mother liquor is returned to the system to continue supersaturated evaporation.
