Are the normal boiling point and initial distillation point both low? What’s the reason?

We have a vacuum distillation unit with a capacity of 8 million tons per year, and this year we’ve encountered a problem: the initial boiling point of the product from the first column stage remains low, ranging only between 115–125°C. We tried moving the extraction point to the next layer of trays, but that didn’t help either. The material coming out of the top of this tower is used as feed for reforming processes, and the dry point of the gasoline produced cannot exceed 170°C. We have also adjusted the reflux at the middle section of this tower several times. What could be the cause of this issue? What are some good ways to solve it? !
