Secondary grouting for steel structures

Construction is being carried out on a unit basis; the secondary grouting of steel structures has entered winter, with minimum temperatures of -8°C. Antifreeze is planned to be added for the secondary grouting. What do you all think, sea friends? Is it okay?
Which standard specifies the use of antifreeze in this construction grouting material? I’d like to take a look and learn more about it
