Certain design specifications stipulate that for pressure vessels at atmospheric pressure, the design pressure should be 0.35 MPa. I would like to know if there are any other considerations regarding this design pressure?

I’ve never heard of this before, but pressure vessels at atmospheric pressure need to meet stiffness requirements as well as minimum wall thickness specifications; generally, the wall thickness required is greater than 3.5 kilograms
