Hire a design firm to handle the design work; they will give you a questionnaire to fill out and then design something based on the requirements you specify. If you do it yourself, first gather some information and learn the basic knowledge before posing meaningful questions. If questions keep being asked like this, competing in the competition is practically out of the question
