I’m asking: every time the low-pressure steam pipeline is opened, it vibrates heavily, generates a lot of noise, and there are significant water hammer effects. Are there any good measures or methods to address this?
Open the bypass drain and low-point drain next to the strainer; wait for a while to confirm that there is no water, then close them.

First, you need to be aware that opening multiple Darlington valves before introducing steam may result in excessive liquid discharge. Second, the steam should be turned on slowly, as doing so too quickly can lead to water hammer
Before each start-up, open the bypasses of all steam traps and heat the pipes for more than 6 hours; then increase the pressure slowly to the set value. Here, we raise the pressure by 1 kilogram every half hour, and it takes a day to reach full operation.
This phenomenon is quite common in practice; if steam pipes are not used for an extended period of time, steam condenses into water, and this issue arises when the pipes are used again. A single or multiple drain valves can be installed at the lowest point of the pipes, allowing the water inside them to be drained from time to time. Alternatively, a steam trap can be installed directly to drain the condensate in a timely manner.
