The designed operating load of the regeneration tower is 180 t/h, with an operating range of 50%-180%, but the actual operating load is only 70–80 t/h. What are the hazards of operating the regeneration tower at a low load? What problems will arise?
Regeneration towers are usually floating valve towers; therefore, when the load is insufficient, flooding or overloading of the tower may occur, and the thermal load of the entire tower needs to be strictly controlled!
