For methanol production from coke oven gas, there are primary hydrogenation and secondary hydrogenation processes. Are there any other good methods for sulfidation besides using carbon disulfide?

Our company uses designs developed by the Second Chemical Research Institute: first-stage hydrogenation employs iron-molybdenum catalysts, while second-stage hydrogenation uses nickel-molybdenum catalysts. Without shutting down production, carbon disulfide is used for catalyst sulfidization, but carbon disulfide is extremely dangerous. Experts, does anyone know of better vulcanization methods or materials?
Carbon disulfide is not particularly dangerous as long as a water seal is in place.
