Domestically produced variable-frequency motors. The nameplate of the three-phase variable-frequency motor indicates that the constant torque frequency range is 5–50 Hz, while the constant power frequency range is 50–100 Hz. Power is 110 KW, and the rated current is 201 A. The actual operating current is 140A, and it has been adjusted to 50HZ. This motor is equipped with a fan, but the air volume is not sufficient at the moment. Is it possible to increase the frequency further in order to raise the current, increase power, and thus boost the air volume? Please give me some advice.
I really admire you for being able to ask such a question. The fan driven by the variable-frequency motor operates using a separate motor at the power frequency; the speed control of the variable-frequency motor does not affect the fan’s rotation speed. If it is found that the air volume of the variable-frequency motor is insufficient, contact the manufacturer or use a temporary fan to supply air.

When operating at an increased frequency, the motor becomes the key factor to consider; once it is started up, it is necessary to closely monitor phenomena such as motor heating and spindle wear. An increase in frequency by 10 Hz means that the load on the entire system is definitely not as simple as 20%.
