Distance from the tank roof outlet to the tank wall, and to the center of the tank

For fixed-roof storage tanks, small internal floating-roof storage tanks, and non-metallic storage tanks, the standard does not specify the distance between the pipe openings and the center of the tank wall; what value should be used for this?
Generally, we use 1200mm or 1000mm, mainly considering the large size of the light-transmitting openings on the tank top; additionally, if there is an annular platform inside the tank top guardrail, this provides space for that platform
The flange surface at the pipe outlet generally extends about 200-250 units beyond the outer wall of the equipment; in cases where high pressure is involved or special reinforcement is required, this distance can be greater
