How to dry the wetting agent used to purchase polysilicon reverse disproportionation catalysts? Should it be dried with nitrogen? The dew point and moisture content never meet the requirements; please help
Is it the fact that the dew point of nitrogen itself is not up to standard, or would using heated nitrogen yield better results?
Just blow with hot nitrogen gas. For the first use, it’s advisable to use it for about a week.
