What qualifications are required for supplying items in the form of levers? What about pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and anything else? Please give some advice
Generally, only the design and manufacturing qualifications for pressure vessels and pressure pipelines are required.
Skid-mounted manufacturing falls into a gray area of regulation; it is considered factory production with the finished products leaving the factory, and each skid has its own independent functions. From a responsible perspective, certain design and manufacturing qualifications as well as management systems are necessary to ensure the quality and performance of skid-mounted products. In terms of regulation, there is a lack of oversight in general due to the absence of clear, mandatory regulatory guidelines. In practice, some skid-mounted units with simple processes, simple structures, and small sizes often don’t even come with a certificate of conformity.
