Currently, there is 70 t of steam (saturated at 0.6 MPaG); 30 t is used for temperature and pressure reduction to saturated steam at 0.2 MPa, and 40 t is used for the process units. The process also requires 4 tons of saturated steam at 0.3 MPa. Currently, there is 35 t of 0.6 condensate, and 25 t of 0.2 atmospheric flash condensate (within the process). Is 0.6 condensate being used with 0.3 flash vaporization? How to utilize the excess steam from flashing? Can the condensate after flash evaporation be used for heating? Or is it possible to carry out atmospheric flash evaporation together with the process inside?
