Looking for a teacher with practical experience in continuous distillation design, preferably from the liquid liquor industry, who can work as a consultant or training instructor

There are many experts in the group; it depends on which area of expertise one is looking for in a consultant Design, operation, construction, fault diagnosis, and technical improvement development? ? ? By the way, I also have considerable experience in the design, operation, and control of distillation towers.
It would be ideal if someone is interested in coming to work at our factory directly and is able to take on the role of chief engineer
