Methods for querying or calculating molecular diameter

Where can I find information on the diameter of less common molecules in angstroms? For molecules for which such data is not available, are there any methods to estimate their diameter or to compare the diameters of two molecules, such as by using bond lengths, bond angles, or polarity? I want to compare the diameters of the SCl2 and PCl3 molecules to determine the possibility of removing them using molecular sieve methods

Thank you. Yesterday I spent a lot of time on the ChemWindow software; it’s too old – it only has a 32-bit version, so it won’t run. Later, I looked up information on molecular radii, bond lengths, and bond angles, and asked a colleague who works in mechanical design to use 3D modeling tools to create diagrams and estimate the dimensions
I haven’t dealt with these things for many years. .
