What is the compensation like after working for three to five years?
First of all, I’m envious of your educational background; mine is that kind of “educated youth” title that has no real meaning, so I envy you. Next, when entering an organization, it depends on one’s own abilities and what one can contribute to the company. As for the treatment, it should be your choice: if it meets your expectations, you can stay; if not, choose an enterprise or institution that can provide what you need. If one lacks the necessary abilities, one can only rely on others’ generosity, which is too passive. I’ve been through it, so I’m sharing some opinions – not to suggest whether they can be applied.
Rely mainly on yourself; when learning in practice, don’t set too high expectations. If you can’t make money, gain experience instead, and if you can’t make money, gain knowledge and insights.
It mainly depends on an individual’s abilities and insight; if one can work independently in their field (by completing designs on their own), it is possible to double their earnings compared to when they first started.
Background of the graduating institution, level of education attained, theoretical knowledge in the field, computer skills, ability to apply knowledge in practice, and social skills are the key factors that the human resources department of design firms takes into consideration when determining the benefits for recent graduates.
It is stronger than ordinary manufacturing industries, but it still can’t compare with advanced manufacturing sectors such as IT, communications, and electronics, as well as the technology industry.
Industry complexes and first-class comprehensive facilities ensure a stable standard of living. Comparable to finance, it’s IT
