The UL Yellow Card refers to the data sheet card containing the safety evaluation results from UL testing and certification. Because the color is yellow, it is called a “yellow card”. The UL Yellow Card was a yellow card printed by UL at the request of customers, in the early days when the Internet did not exist; it was provided on a fee-based basis to customers who had passed UL certification, and contained details such as the company name, address, and authorized models.
