Why is the circulating cooling water so dirty?

The cooling water pipe, which has been in use for a year after cleaning, is shown in the picture
I’m not sure whether this is a problem with a specific area or with the entire circulating water system. If it’s a local issue, it’s likely due to too large a temperature difference before and after heat exchange; if it’s a systemic problem, then there are issues with the quality control of your circulating water.

It’s surprising that a DN50 pipeline can be completely blocked by scale.
Is the circulating water operated without any chemical treatment?
It’s a result of using image editing functions to simplify things; your recycled water must be groundwater. If your production system has low requirements regarding water quality, you can use recycled water in place of water used for reactions, thereby shortening the cycle time for recycling the water. Alternatively, you can use tap water instead of recycled water. . .
