Can pipe axonometric drawings/piping diagrams be drawn directly using CAD without software?
Both design institutes and ordinary companies use CAD for drawing. Axonometric drawings and piping diagrams are the most fundamental design documentation, and CAD represents the most basic operational skill.
I see that many are generated directly by 3D software. Are there any standards for hand-drawn work?
So, what’s needed to get started with drawing? Are there any recommended learning materials? Thank you

Find one from another project, copy it over, and make some changes.
Who has the simplest 3D drawing software?
No problem at all; CAD is just a tool. If following standards, one can refer to page 114 of HG20519-2009 for the regulations regarding axonometric drawings of pipes. There are also legends for related valves, pipe fittings, etc., and I recall there being an axonometric diagram at the end of the standard.
The simplest option is probably PDsoft; you can buy it on Taobao, and they usually provide tutorials as well. The most important thing is that it comes with a national standard database. CADWorx and PLANT 3D allow you to use the national standard database only if you purchase the full version; with the educational versions, you have to create your own pipeline grade tables, which makes it difficult to get started in a short amount of time.
