Problems with the installation of breather manholes on storage tanks

The company has atmospheric-pressure storage tanks for 4 types of products: 20,000 units per tank for methanol, 5,000 units per tank for ethanol, 10,000 units per tank for acetic acid, and 5,000 units per tank for ethyl acetate. The tanks for ethanol, acetic acid, and ethyl acetate are equipped with breathing vents at the top, but methanol tanks do not have such vents. Since there was no opportunity to observe this during the construction phase (designed in 2008, put into operation in 2011), it is only now, by examining the completion documents and the storage tanks on site, that differences have been noticed. Check the design standards: GB50341-2003/SH3046-1992. Please help clarify any doubts; thank you
May I ask the original poster, are your methanol tanks at atmospheric pressure? Is there a breathing valve and a flame arrester? Is there also a nitrogen seal?
