Hello everyone. Our company is currently working on a project that involves a pure steam distribution system. I want to know whether the pipes in this system fall under the category of pressure pipes Is it necessary to submit for approval? Operating condition: delivery pressure of 0.35 MPa; pipe diameter in accordance with ASME BPE standards; lengths of 60 m for DN100, 90 m for DN80 and DN65, and 130 m for DN50. Please help to answer it. Waiting online, urgently.

There are so many pipes in a chemical plant that it’s impossible to connect any of them over a distance of 1000 meters; it’s obvious that such a rule cannot exist.
Pressure pipelines are not related to length; whether they are subject to regulation depends on local requirements.
